All products guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from invoice date. Warranted items must be returned to Additions Exhibits for inspection and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Additions Exhibits. Customer is to pay all shipping costs. Products are not guaranteed against damage caused in shipping or caused by neglect. Products showing only normal wear will not be repaired or replaced
Damaged items
1) Immediately report any damage to Additions Exhibits so we can notify carrier. Damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of order.
2) Additions Exhibits will contact carrier and inform you of next steps to be taken.
3) Damaged items to be returned to Additions only after inspection by carrier and on our written authorization only. Authorization number and invoice number must appear on all packages returned. No credits can be issued on damaged items that have not been inspected by carrier or that are returned without written authorization by Additions Exhibits.
Return Policy
1) Returns accepted only with our written authorization. Authorization number and invoice number must appear on all packages returned.
2) Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt of order.

4) Returns must be in original condition and must be shipped back in original shipping containers including outer cardboard wrapping. A 25% restocking charge will be applied if not properly packed or if outer wrapping is missing.
5) Returns accepted on standard items in standard colors only. No returns accepted on custom made items or items in custom colors. Standard colors include Veltex fabric, black, silver, charcoal, Spanish red and blueberry. No returns on signs or graphics..
6) Customer to pay all shipping costs including shipping to customer and return shipping cost. No collect shipments will be accepted
7) Returns are credited 100%, less shipping costs and deductions for damage and improper packaging.
8) Damaged items that have not been reported to and inspected by carrier or that are returned without our written authorization can not be refunded. Amounts for these damaged items will be deducted from credit/ refund.
